Lauren Wingate

Lauren Wingate has been a Miami resident since 2008. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Advertising / Marketing Communications from The Fashion Institute of Technology. While working in advertising for The Plum Television Network, she made her way down from The Hamptons to Miami and three years later is now working full time with The Little Lighthouse Foundation as their Program Director.

Martinique

Martinique Smith

Martinique is originally from Michigan and has been living in Miami since 2008.  She has a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University.  She started her professional career as a Systems Engineer and eventually moved into Software Sales.  She also spent six years running her own Property Management Company in Michigan.  She is involved in the local community as a volunteer at the Bass Museum, a Mentor with Take Stock in Children and a Program Director at The Little Lighthouse Foundation.

Christina Sgagias

Christina is a Greek daughter of a steakhouse owner from Pennsylvania. Ms. Sgagias has B.A. in International Studies and an M.A. In International Business from the University of Miami; her master’s thesis earned top score. She has extensively traveled throughout Europe and studied abroad in Cyprus. In addition to her solid educational background, Ms. Sgagias has unique professional experiences that range from the creative sector to governmental work, and also the hospitality industry. More specifically, she currently serves as Vice President to Kallista Press, a greeting card company. Prior to Kallista, Ms. Sgagias worked for the Human Rights Committee at the United Nations for the The Permanent Mission of Greece. She has also worked for Marriott International in New York City.
